Raya Information Technology: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Senior Web Developer:
What will you do?
- Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system to achieve related organization certificates and responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
- Improve & enhance the quality system continuously
- Ensure that processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system
- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures
- Conduct internal audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle Customer Satisfaction Survey, prepare a quarterly report / analysis for customer feedback and any corrective action taken
- Manage Helpdesk support team, prepare a quarterly report / analysis for incidents and its status against agreed SLA
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of Experience
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Excellent knowledge with Quality Management Systems Standards
- Good knowledge with HSE Standards
- Excellent Auditing skills
