Job Description

  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Write new website content or help generate content strategies for clients with effective keywords.
  • Developing & Implement link building strategies.
  • Support of sales processes with new leads and build Pipeline.
  • Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up
    with further steps of the sales process.
  • Initiating repeated orders by follow-up phone calls after the customers' purchases.
  • Carrying out market research on how to address customers.
  • Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions.
  • Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Prepare scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in  CRM to keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.

Job Requirements

  • 2 Years' experience as a Tele Marketing representative in ERP or Software field.
  • Track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone
    systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Good Command in English in both skills written and speaking
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to resolve issues and
    address complaints
  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent
