Job Description
Includes but not limited to:
- Manage the courses Registration process for all students.
● Keeps and updates all the university’s students’ records according to their registration.
● Organize and administer the records, registration and graduation functions.
● Analyze the senior students results, to help in estimating the graduates numbers.
● Process the change of major requests repair and report.
● Manages the Implementation of course substitution, drop/ add and repeat requests for the students.
● Manages the transfer process of credits for students.
● Enforce holds on the student for admission or financial purposes.
● Updates students’ records after receiving the grades every semester.
● Manages the process of registering the students in the Military Service.
● Manages students’ withdrawals from both courses and university.
● Implementing and enforcing the university’s academic regulations and policies.
● Prepare and update class lists.
● Record grades and changes as reported by the faculty
● Prepare statistical lists to senior management (students on hold, registration statistics
Prepare graduation lists in coordination with the responsible parties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant major.
- Minimum 10 years experience.
- Mastering of Administrative tasks & Data management procedures.
- Strong background in the educational sector.
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
