Purpose of job:
To manage development team and plan for technical activates related to development team on the level of main activities, will be responsible for taking the decisions related to the enterprise architecture and technologies.

- leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
- Keep up to date with the latest development technologies and tools.
- Hire and train new developers
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
- Ensure proper documentation.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- 10+ years of overall systems development experience.
- 5+ years leading application and data development efforts.
- Worked in Fintech (Banks or any Financial institutions) either customer or vendor side.
Knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks and broad experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for integrated systems.
- Strong understanding of Object-oriented principles and programming
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Understanding of Design patterns and various Architecture methodologies
- Knowledge of HTTP Protocol, REST, XML, J2EE, JavaScript, Microservices, AJAX a plus, DevOps Tools and CICD, GIT.
- Knowledge in JEE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Maven, AngularJS, Jasper Reports, PLSQL.
- Knowledge in Open-API and Cloud Computing.
- Blockchain and AI is a plus.
