Job Description

PIX Robotics was established in 2018, and now is a leader in ecosystems of products for medium and large enterprises in Russia and CIS. PIX Ecosystem includes PIX RPA (Robotic Process Automation), PIX BI (Business Analytics), PIX PM (Process Management).

PIX is trusted by 100+ enterprise clients, such as Lukoil (#15 in Oil & Gas in the world), Norilsk Nickel (#1 nickel producer in the world), Otkritiye Bank (#8 bank in Russia). 

PIX products are currently implemented in Russia, UAE, Columbia, Mexico. Now we are expanding to the markets of MENA and looking for a Head of RPA implementation to create and lead our implementation team in Egypt.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support our partners and internal sales team with RPA pre-sale activities (demos, PoC’s)
  • Help our clients get business effects with PIX RPA, BI and PM
  • Evaluate and manage projects (scope, economics)
  • Build the Egypt office from scratch: find implementation team and local sales

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an RPA implementation team leader (integrator side)
  • Good hard skills and flexibility: ability to develop robots alone or with a small team (demo / PoC stages, before we hire a team)
  • Experience with BI and Process Management tools
  • Project experience with of our competitor’s products (RPA: UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism; BI: Qlik, MS Power BI, Tableau) is a big plus
  • Fluent English and Arab, fluent Russian is a plus
  • Good understanding of MENA IT solutions market and client needs
