Job Description
- Ensure the development of high-level and detailed feasibility studies and financial models for all project opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a dashboard of key ratios and yield metrics to monitor business performance and development effectiveness
- Ensuring frequent and regular updates of all feasibility studies.
- Preparing both high-level and detailed analysis in different formats as required for management and concerned departments: Dashboards, reports, presentations.
- Prepares cash flow projections and analysis to assist in due diligence.
- Presents and explains any assumptions and results in Feasibility Study deliverables.
- Assists in the preparation of investment committee scenarios and related materials
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
- Preparing project’s feasibility using the currently available software (Estate Master)
- Preparing the required slides for all projects as needed.
- Collaborate & communicate with different teams to get all the information required to complete the feasibility process.
- Analyzing and validating the input assumptions used our business plans and feasibilities.
- Preparing the summary investment report for one or several projects, as needed.
- Work with different team members to ensure the exchange of accurate information between the investment, finance, commercial, and development teams.
- Work with an independent consultant, as needed, to facilitate the exchange of information.
- Preparing presentations for top management and other summary reports.
- Assist in preparing the company strategic business plan & assess different scenarios for top management to make an informative decision.
- Updating the required monthly reporting by the team.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed:5-7 Years of experience with not less than 3 years in a similar post
- Education Level: postgraduate degree/s related is highly recommended
- Analytical skills.
- Expert in using Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Estate Master System
- Strong background in finance.
- Experience in Real Estate is a must.
