Job purpose:

• We are looking for an experienced “Backend Developer Team Lead”  to lead our growing team to Build our core engineering infrastructure, including new product features and enhancements. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, code, verify, test, document, amend and refactor our applications.
• Maintain our backend applications and optimize it for performance.
• Lead & guide the development team members.
• Provide technical leadership & mentorship to create innovative solutions.
• Translate requirements into fully functioning features.
• Continuously look for ways to improve our products/services.
• Take ownership of the development process.
