Job Description
- Lead, manage and grow the account management team
- Enforce and improve front to end sales process
- Manage relationship with some key accounts
- Manage CRM and develop prioritized pipeline of client leads
- Work with product and management team to develop new products and refine existing products
- Own overall delivery of client campaigns
- Full ownership of revenue targets and client related KPIs
- Provide and maintain high service levels to the brands to ensure a seamless experience to both customers and partners.
- Work internally with the various departments to ensure all requirements of the brand are met.
- Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand on Salesforce.
Job Requirements
- +5 years experience as a Sales Manager.
- BSc or MA/MSc in Business or Marketing. Master degree in Sales Management is a strong advantage.
- Relevant E-comm or Food and Beverage experience.
- Solid understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Customer-focused, innovative thinking, self-starter, flexible, highly organized, and strong attention to details.
- Outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Proven track record of positive sales performance.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Great ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Leader with proven management skills.
- Flexibility to international travel.
