Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Understand market trends, customer requirements, usage and buying behavior to position company product offerings
  • Gather competitive intelligence on key competitors and develop battle cards for sales teams to help maintain differentiation in our go to market initiatives.
  • Manage and develop key messaging initiatives including our corporate website as well as product collateral like data sheets, case studies, presentations, white papers and product collateral for internal sales and marketing enablement
  • Develop and own product positioning and messaging that is differentiated, clear, and actionable that propels company growth
  • Create a customer reference program to engage our customer base and showcase success that helps contribute to revenue growth
  • Define market segmentation to inform a marketing strategy aligned to targeted buyers and highest business opportunities
  • Manage a growing product marketing and communications team, including recruiting, retention, and mentoring, as well as guiding the overall team strategy.
  • Direct a the content marketing function, design, and customer marketing aspects of Dodo

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing role; ideally in a management or leadership capacity
  • Fluent English
  • Strategic Thinking with Operational Discipline
  • Executional excellence
  • Experience in B2B high growth tech company environment
  • Proven experience in marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
  • You get excited about working with product and go-to market teams to launch new products and establish key value propositions and competitive advantages
  • Strong ability to balance short term execution with long term strategic thinking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with staff, colleagues and third parties
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success
