Job Description

This job is HYBRID (mix between working from home and working from the office).

A. Payroll Transactions and Reports:

 Prepare the periodic payroll calculations and ensure that all employee transactions have been accurately reflected in calculations.

B. Employee Assets:

 Contribute to analysis of assets that are provided to employees such as mobile phones, laptops, etc. and ensure that relevant records are maintained and updated in line with established policies.

C. Reporting:

 Prepare periodic reports on progress in the compensation and benefits to enable decision making and action by management.

D. Attendance:

 Review employee attendance records and related calculations and ensure that related information such as leaves, overtime and tardiness are accurately captured.

E. Disciplinary Actions:

 Analyze disciplinary and misconduct issues and provide recommendations for actions in line with governing laws and regulations.

F. Personnel Files & database:

 Supervise the personnel filing system to ensure that employee-related documentation is available and easily accessible when required such as employment contract, appraisals, absences, etc.

 Update all employees’ information in our database.

G. Employees Social Insurance:

   Coordinate all social insurance and labor issues including interface with Social Insurance and labor authorities to maintain company’s official situation, supervision and monitoring of the monthly social insurance balances and calculations and the application of employee’s separation procedures and ensuring that commitments on behalf of the company and the employee are fulfilled.

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

 A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

Minimum Experience:

 1- 3  years of experience in the same field

Job-Specific Skills:

 Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

 Payroll & benefits experience
