Job Description

Job Purpose
The main duty is to ensure delivering high quality after sales services whilst maintain and improving clients' satisfaction and focusing on building the teacher community across the region.
Responsibilities
- Execute demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities, cents’ and internal requirements.
- Present the product or service favorably in a structured professional way face-to-face or as required.
- Responsible for regular customer visits for training and ongoing support.
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Research the market for being up to date with the latest Ed trends/Projects.
- Assess and monitor training effectiveness and after sales support.
- Provide coaching and professional development to other team members in order to enhance their product knowledge, and their technical sales skills.
- Build and develop the teacher community across the region.
- Gather and maintain the teachers’ data and hold the data on standards for each client.
- Report all training activities to the Teaching and Learning Director
- Assist and support customers in all matters related to our products’ software.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a must or any relevant Degree
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Males only
- Fresh Graduates
- Perfect English written and spoken.
- MS Office Skills a MUST.
- A car is a MUST.
- Relates well to a diverse range of people and working styles.
- Flexibility in travelling to cities and conducting sessions.
- Can manage time and meet deadlines.
