Job Description
- Support the achievement of HSE goals, objectives and deliverables through implementation of SYSTRA’s HSE management system
- Develop project HSE Plan that comply with SYSTRA’s policies & procedures as well as The Client requirements
- Ensure the governmental legislation is being followed
- Review contractor’s site safety and security plans
- Monitor’s the contractor’s health and safety resources and tools
- Monitor the contractor’s security arrangements
- Assist all heath safety and security meetings and keep record and report on site incidents
- Provide regular written reports, as well as other program related KPIs, statistics and updates to management
- Conduct comprehensive on-site safety assessments as part of constant monitoring process
- Assist in investigation of all incidents and ensure proper records are completed and submitted
- Perform the HSE Training
- Control application of SYSTRA HSE procedures and rules by all stakeholders including SYSTRA staff and SYSTRA’s subcontractors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in HSE in construction
- Certified NEBOSH or relevant
- Excellent command of English
- Willing to relocate outside greater Cairo
