Job Description
- Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system
- Maintain employee’s files and ensure fully meeting the requirements.
- HR System - Assigned system tasks
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Responsible for the day-to-day attendance of the employees
- Conducting all Social Insurance documents.
- Establishing social and health insurance for the entire staff.
- Ensure attendance and leaves data are regularly entered/imported on HR system and extract attendance reports as required
- Ensure renewal of employee contracts is done in timely manner and in accordance to labor law
- Responds to staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures
- Prepare all papers related to the appointment of new employees.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Oral & Writing Communication skills
- Excellent time management skills.
- Problem solver and have analytical skills
- From 1-2 years' experience
- Language: Good command of English
- Very good computer skills special in MS Excel.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Egyptian labor-related laws (Labor law, social & medical insurance laws)
