Job Description

  • Overseeing general office operation. 
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. 
  • Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM. Assigning Leads to the sales team, follow up the feedback and sales comments, the rotation of the lead…) 
  • Follow up on the company’s inventory and preparing sales reports.
  • Assisting in quality assurance regarding after-sales service (e.g: Making sure that everything is going well between our sales agents and the clients )
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with sales teams. 
  • Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately. 
  • Receiving all incoming calls, then sending the leads to the operations to distribute them.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. 
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. 
  • Coordinating all related functions with developers (sending CILs, follow the feedback on the CIL, Arranging the orientations scheduling)

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with CRM
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in real estate
  • Excellent in Microsoft office .
  • Presentable
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Real estate experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills.
