Job Description

  • Daily follow-up calls (Questionnaire) to measure the Customer Satisfaction for all customers received their cars (Sales & After-sales).
  •  Carrying out the regular "Focus group surveys" aiming to regularly measure the customer continuous satisfaction.
  •  Receiving and issuing the customers complaints and forward it to the sales & after sales manager, then following-up the final feedback calls to assure reaching the customer satisfaction and closing the case of repeat the loop, (For Sales and After-sales).
  •  Receiving and issuing the Customer Inquiries for (Recent and Prospect customers), forward the inquiries to sales staff for handling then follow-up the feedback and report it to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree.
  • At least 3 years in the same field.
  • Very Good English language.
  • Very Good communication skills.
  • Customer-Centric mindset
