Job Description
- Daily follow-up calls (Questionnaire) to measure the Customer Satisfaction for all customers received their cars (Sales & After-sales).
- Carrying out the regular "Focus group surveys" aiming to regularly measure the customer continuous satisfaction.
- Receiving and issuing the customers complaints and forward it to the sales & after sales manager, then following-up the final feedback calls to assure reaching the customer satisfaction and closing the case of repeat the loop, (For Sales and After-sales).
- Receiving and issuing the Customer Inquiries for (Recent and Prospect customers), forward the inquiries to sales staff for handling then follow-up the feedback and report it to the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- At least 3 years in the same field.
- Very Good English language.
- Very Good communication skills.
- Customer-Centric mindset
