Job Description

  •  Replacing store manager whenever required.
  •  Responsible for all store's keys and securing them in the absence of the store manager.
  •  Following all procedures and instructions in the operating procedures manual and any new instructions.
  •  Following up on implementation of operating schedules for the store.
  •  Managing employees' excuses, monitoring their adherence, preparing weekly attendance schedules for employees inside the store and ensuring the presence of the optimal number of employees for daily operation.
  •  Closing the revenues and handing them over in the absence of the store manager.
  •  Implementing and monitoring “Plano Gram”.
  •  Monitoring and reviewing store cameras.
  •  Authorizing weekly and annual vacations in coordination with store manager.
  •  Monitoring employees' performance and penalizing abusers the shift.
  •  Evaluating and monitoring new employees' performance and assist them if needed.
  •  Ensuring the cleanliness of products, and commitment of store coordinators to the FIFO rule.
  •  Ensuring the validity of displayed and stored products while adhering to the validity dates file.
  •  Making sure of existence and accuracy of product's prices.
  •  Preparing a daily cleaning schedule for the store coordinator and ensuring its implementation.
  •  Carrying out the daily inventory and obtaining the signature of store manager on it.
  •  Responsible for processing returns on the system.
  •  Following up on the completion of products on shelves and in refrigerators.
  •  Preparing the cigarettes' stock file and handing it over to the cashier.
  • Dedicating to provide the best customer service, especially when completing the purchase process.
  • Responsible for all cash inside the machine drawer, while following the proper procedures for depositing cash.
  • Greeting customers in the sales area in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing assistance and guidance to clients at all times.
  •  Complete all sales transactions in his/her shift.
  •  Managing, recording and executing all cashier operations. (cash and credit cards).
  •  Thanking customers and showing appreciation for their presence in our stores.
  •  Reviewing overall cleanliness of the store and maintaining the good appearance of it while adhering to the security and safety requirements.
  •  Informing the store manager or the operations manager of any problems that may affect the workflow.
  •  Ensuring employees' commitment to the uniform, and personal hygiene.
  •  Monitoring the interest of employees in welcoming customers.
  •  Ensuring that each employee is in his/her right place.
  •  Generally reviewing for maintenance work and schedules for all devices and equipment in the store.
  •  Constantly communicating with customers (attention to solve their problems - delivery of suggestions).
  •  Making orders for goods based on the item's turnover.
  •  Maintaining and controlling store records.
  •  Reviewing the stock of goods, the level and limits of it in the store with the implementation of this in the best method of supply and coordination lines, and the cleanliness of goods, including special offers stands.
  •  Completing the deficiencies of shelves and refrigerators, according to the procedures.
  •  Dealing with suppliers and receiving goods.
  •  Reviewing the inventory of goods and making orders based on sales and store balances, receiving them from suppliers, and entering them on the system with the help of store manager.
  •  Periodically requisitioning consumables.
  •  Report any issues could be with suppliers to the store manager or operations manager.
  •  Sending emails of return to administration and the supplier company.
  •  Supervising storing products in the warehouse and cleanliness of the warehouse and maintain it by following the rules of safety.

Job Requirements

  •  Education: General Secondary or Azharian with a minimum.
  •  Age: not less than 18 years old.
  •  Previous Experiences: Experience in the field for at least 3 years is required.

 Other requirements:

  • Presentable.
  • High skills in the art of effective communication and communication.
  • Good Knowledge of computer programs.
  • Commitment to the schedules and times of attendance.
  • Flexibility in moving between company's stores.
  • Interest in helping the store team.
  • Ability to work at different times during the day.
  • Ability to manage a team and deal with different intellectual and educational levels.
