Job Description

  • Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the  Digital Products section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
  • Contribute to the preparation of the  Digital Products section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified
  • Supervises the day-to-day operations of  Products to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures 
  • Handling the daily operations and the improvement of the app 
  • Managing NM app responsible of the revamping of the user journey , managing the UI/UX coordinating the software team and developing the full plan in coordination with the Marketing Director  , handling the daily operation and improvement of the app
  • Assisting the PR section in all the logistics and development of NM corporate website 
  • E- Commerce : proposing a plan for E- commerce , portfolio management of the E commerce platform
  • Provide deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions through analysing market and competitive conditions. 
  • Set the strategy, roadmap, and features for the product laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. 
  • Owns the roadmap and must prioritize building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the product. 
  • Responsible for guiding the success of his/her product and leading the cross-functional teams between engineering, operation, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product success. 
  • Develop business cases to justify planned developments for presentation to management
  • Responsible for business planning, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) of his/her product.
  • Creating the estimated budget for the whole Project 
  • Plan what his/her team will deliver and the timeline for implementation. 
  •  Responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product into market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the organization and aligning all of the teams involved. 
  •  Work closely with engineering on the technical specifications to ensure that teams have all of the information they need to deliver a complete product to market.
  • Manage all development teams and project managers engaged on projects within the suite 
  • Communicate the status of ideas back to the customers, partners, and internal team members who submitted them. 
  • Ensure that feedback and requests are seamlessly integrated into his/her product planning and development processes.  
  • Responsible for guiding the success of his/her product and leading the cross-functional teams between engineering, operation, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
  • Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives   

 

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 10 - 12 years’ experience
