Job Description
- Review accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting, including monthly accrual/projection spreadsheets, and ensure timely submission.
- Review the internal financial control systems to ensure that appropriate mechanisms, procedures, and systems are in place.
- Review and ensure proper authorization and approval and timely processing of payment/reimbursement requests for employees/suppliers/vendors.
- Submission of all tax withholdings (payroll income tax, deduction at source) to relevant parties.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Experience 3 years in Factory Accounts, Taxation & Accounting industrial Sector especially leather goods is a MUST.
- Previous work experience of at least 3 : 5 years at one of the chartered Accountant offices is a MUST.
- Age from 30 : 35 Maximum.
- Good in English language.
- Excellent in using MS Office; Excel in particular.
- Administration & Leadership.
