Job Description
- Primarily focused on providing PA support to the Chairman
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Keeping track of actions and communications.
- Coordinating, minute taking and logging actions for the periodically Board Meeting with appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinating and booking meetings, keeping other staff members informed of Changes to plans.
- Maintaining up-to-date contacts for the Chairman.
- Make travel arrangements for the Chairman.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Organize and present information timely and accurately.
- Organize the Chairman's calendar and arrange meetings.
- Handling personal needs of the Chairman.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience from 7 to 10 years.
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Excellent at Using Microsoft Office.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures.
