Job Description
Archer Solutions is known to be the best company in delivering Odoo systems in the region, and in order to maintain this reputation and such a way of providing services, we want to hire a projects coordinator to cooperate with Odoo functional team to optimize coordination between the client team and the Archer team to reach the greatest efficiency possible in project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours and timesheet recording.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling objectives of each project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering, business or related field of study.
- 2 - 3 years experience in related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Excellent English written and presentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Jira, MS Project and/or Odoo is a big plus.
