Job Description
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract top talent
- Promote our employer's brand
- Be the main point of contact with candidates from the initial screening phase up to and including job offer negotiations
- Build strong relationships with universities for potential career fairs
- Ensure the recruitment process is constantly being followed by all stakeholders and provide input on how to improve on current processes and practices.
- Manage an end-to-end recruitment and hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Initiate a kick-off meeting with the vacancy requester to determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements.
- Publish adverts on online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, etc.
- Create job descriptions when needed and define interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder Preferred
- Technical Recruitment experience in hiring Software developers is a must
- 3 years of solid experience as a technical recruiter.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced collaborative environment, great organization skills
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience contacting passive candidates
- Robust knowledge of sourcing techniques and strong knowledge of current hiring trends
