Job Description

  • Sell company’s real estate products using negotiation
  • Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through all possible channels
  • Achieve agreed upon Sales targets within the required timeframe
  • Coordinate sales activities with team members to achieve efficient outcome
  • Provide direct manager/management with required reports on customer needs, issues, requirements and potential products
  • Get updates on real estate market trends and products
  • Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities
  • Submit orders by referring to published pricelist.
  • Submit the required reports on client calls and daily/weekly/monthly plans
  • Solve customer complaints by investigating the issue, propose solution and make recommendations to the manager

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • Experience in Shiekh Zayed is a must 
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
  • Willingness to work from different locations is needed.
  • Excellent Customer Orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced set-up.
  • Know the Egyptian real estate market.
