Job Description
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during projects.
- Prepare technical material submittals
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records
- Responsible for all technical & design approval.
- Produce detailed working drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and review all shop drawings needed for execution for onsite and offsite works, and edit drawings
- Following up drawings amendments during the implementation process
- Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings
- Coordinate with the site engineer to provide him with any site measurement required.
- Controlling of all documents revision for the project
- Quantity surveying of projects
- Monitoring projects time plan and Schedule
- Monitoring work progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 13-15 years of relative experience.
- Leadership & effective communication skills.
- Competence in CAD, Primavera, Revit and Microsoft office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent business and technical writing.
- Excellent English language.
- Problem-solving Skills
