Summary:
Huda Beauty is looking for an experienced, data and metrics-driven CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our Global Digital & Performance Marketing Team.
This role will own the global expansion strategy and entire customer lifecycle to drive business growth by maximizing customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement. This role will be building out a robust loyalty program, advancing our current email and SMS strategy, developing a content strategy, crafting customer journeys, contributing with creative insights and ideas.
You will be working closely with the Marketing, Brand, Creative, Tech and Ecommerce Teams
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own customer growth and retention strategy ensuring we drive sustainable growth across multiple channels and ensuring our customers have a seamless and personalized experience across all channels
- Develop and execute the CRM loyalty and membership Omnichannel strategy and roadmap across multiple regions and brands, ensuring that they align with the overall marketing & commercial objectives
- Develop and execute a content and engagement strategy across all touchpoints and drive engagement and maximize customer lifetime value
- Continuously improve member lifecycle strategy, from acquisition through to engagement and win back
- Manage campaigns end-to-end from strategy design, campaign planning & build, audience segmentation & targeting, promotional incentive set up, test, and learn and robust reporting.
- Own CRM reporting, tracking, and analysis on all CRM and customer metrics to continuously improve marketing campaigns, targeting, creative assets, customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Paid Media, eCommerce, Customer Service, and Commercial Teams to identify and develop opportunities to drive traffic and revenue against customer KPIs on our brand.com and key retailers
- Oversee and monitor dedicated CRM budget and provide regular reports to leadership
