Job Description

  • Produce Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information.
  •  Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. (Budget Planning, and monitoring )
  •  Audit accounting and financial documents as assigned for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures and with Egyptian Finance and Taxation Laws.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
  •  Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  •  Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending accounting policies and procedures.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    ( Setting up new customers &Existing Customers)
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Prepare Tax report for tax auditor.
  • Analyzes and recommends improvements, adaptations, or revisions to the accounting system and accompanying procedures.
  • Manages & maintains a healthy cash flow cycle. (Follow up on collections with contracted payment terms )  
  • Aligns with the HQ for Dubai office related.

Job Requirements

  • Must have technical/professional qualifications
  • High experience in Financial Accounting ( with at least five years of experience )
  • Good Presentation and reporting skills
  • Excellent command of written and oral English language
  • Excellent knowledge of computer skills ( Mastering MS Office )
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Acknowledgeable with the latest regulations for Taxes and finance
  • Experienced in establishing new companies with HQ in Foreign countries
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
