Job Description
- Produce Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options. (Budget Planning, and monitoring )
- Audit accounting and financial documents as assigned for accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures and with Egyptian Finance and Taxation Laws.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending accounting policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
( Setting up new customers &Existing Customers) - Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Prepare Tax report for tax auditor.
- Analyzes and recommends improvements, adaptations, or revisions to the accounting system and accompanying procedures.
- Manages & maintains a healthy cash flow cycle. (Follow up on collections with contracted payment terms )
- Aligns with the HQ for Dubai office related.
Job Requirements
- Must have technical/professional qualifications
- High experience in Financial Accounting ( with at least five years of experience )
- Good Presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent command of written and oral English language
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills ( Mastering MS Office )
- Ability to work under pressure
- Acknowledgeable with the latest regulations for Taxes and finance
- Experienced in establishing new companies with HQ in Foreign countries
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
