Job Description
- Maintain compliance with Egyptian legislation, laws, and corporate guidelines (ISO procedures).
- Direct and train the personnel team and customer’s relations team to implement services and tasks efficiently.
- Daily follow-up and review on customers’ orders and follow up the speed of implementation.
- Daily follow-up and review all business transactions and documentary cycle (received and delivered) between the personnel section and the movement section.
- Train visits team and follows up the implementation of their agenda.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 6 – 8 proven experience years in Personnel and Governmental Relations field.
- Good in English.
- Social Insurance Law course & Labor Law course are a MUST!
