Job Description

  • Sell, cross sell & upsell Aqar Masr's projects & services.
  • Generate leads through direct visits, referrals, phone calls and emails.
  • Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails to arrange for site visits.
  • Follow up on potential clients by cold calls.
  • Build presentations to promote new projects and special deals.
  • Present business proposals to that meets Clients' requests.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company in a professional timely manner.
  • Allocate different efficient Brokerage companies & build a strong & successful relationship with them. 
  • Update the CRM with all the related leads' progress.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree. 
  • 2-4 years of Experience in a real estate industry (preferably in العاصمه الاداريه).
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills. 
  • Alerted & punctual.
