Job Description
- Sell, cross sell & upsell Aqar Masr's projects & services.
- Generate leads through direct visits, referrals, phone calls and emails.
- Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails to arrange for site visits.
- Follow up on potential clients by cold calls.
- Build presentations to promote new projects and special deals.
- Present business proposals to that meets Clients' requests.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company in a professional timely manner.
- Allocate different efficient Brokerage companies & build a strong & successful relationship with them.
- Update the CRM with all the related leads' progress.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree.
- 2-4 years of Experience in a real estate industry (preferably in العاصمه الاداريه).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Alerted & punctual.
