Job Description
- The Network officer/ Medical Provider Management Officer (MPM Officer) assists the MPM Team leader and MPM manager to manage network of medical providers, locally and overseas, by Tracking the processes of the department closely.
- Responsible for Tracking the Network Provider contractual documents and updated provider database
- Collaboration with local Business unit to deliver network requirements locally
- Support the Team of Medical Provider Management resources locally, where applicable..
- Support the Medical Provider Manager to deliver best cost-based provider agreements in applicable region, notably by conducting data analysis initiatives and periodic provider reporting
- Support on implementation of regional and local Medical Provider Network capacity
- Ensures close, professional and efficient relations with existing Medical Provider networks.
- Maintains and updates the existing Medical Provider contract agreement records in alignment with Company legal l and compliance policy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or any Discipline, but has insurance experience
- 1+ year experience in a similar role in a network administration environment (preferably gained in hospitals, insurance companies, TPAs).
- Fluency in MS Office is a must (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
- Requires managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced environment.
