Job Description
This is a telesales vacancy for a US account that sells hotels and flights to companies traveling for exhibitions. Our office is in The Fifth Settlement and the shift hours are from 2:45 pm - 11:00 pm.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Job Requirements
- C1/C2 English
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to sell products/services over the phone and handle objections.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Ability to manage customer databases and keep track of sales leads.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude and resilience, especially in dealing with rejection.
- Good interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
