Establishing a quality management system according to ISO 9001/2015 standard.
Follow up implementation of Q.M.S to ensure all requirements of ISO 9001/2015 standard are implemented effectively.
Monitoring Quality documents control, internal quality audits plan.
Improve and develop Q.M.S continuously.
Continuous awareness for all employees for ISO 9001/2015 standard and its new versions.
Handling and resolving customer complaints in co-operation with related divisions.
Follow up issues for any non-conformity.
Upgrading the Internal Q.S Auditors level.
Analyze the quality data collected and create the relative charts and graphs.
Reporting the result of internal quality audit before the Management Review Meeting.
Preparation and follow up the result of the Management Review Meeting.
Perform the internal auditing cycle start to end,based on policies & procedures
Perform ongoing audit for the operations function for quality assurance purpose

Ability to define problems, collect data,establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide solutions.
Interprets a variety of technical information.
Experience with manual testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and precise attention to detail.
Position Relationship with Other Parties.
Support Function Departments.
Education Bachelor of a relevant filed
Experience 3- 7 years
Computer Skills Basic using for Microsoft office
Languages Excellent English language
