Job Description

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base .
  • Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products .
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors .
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand .
  • Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results .
  • Maintain sales staff by selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results .
  • Prepare reports and analyses .

Job Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate in Sales .
