Job Description

  • Optimize the lifetime value of our users.
  • Communicating with our users to help them optimize the value of their Almentor experience.
  • Primarily you work with conversion and retention in the sales funnel and you are data-driven while being a team player.
  • Develop strategies and testing agenda for triggered emails, direct mail, and push notifications (creative, offer/pricing, test opportunities).
  • Work with our content and creative teams to design and launch complex automated campaigns to increase sign up’s and customer lifetime value while reducing churn.
  • Collaborate with data science, market research & marketing analytics teams to understand consumer segmentation/behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing.
  • Conduct analyses to provide insights on performance and consumer behavior through data including A/B test results, campaign summaries, ad hoc analyses in Analytics systems. Research capabilities to improve reporting abilities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the competitive space, the consumer, and how to leverage email and push notifications to meet both brand and performance marketing goals. · Play-booking and documentation, keeping in mind that the learnings from today will pave the way for growth
  • Partner with our product, operations, communications, and business development teams to ensure communications are on-brand and impactful.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from a start-up or an international top-tier company, preferably with an online subscription-based business model.
  • Expected to be able to do the hands-on work yourself. The position might require some traveling and reports to the Growth Director.
  • Operational experience from CRM channels such as e-mail and push notifications.
  • Experience with conceiving and running digital campaigns with specific goals and reporting on results and learnings.
  • Hands-on experience with key tools such as Braze, Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude, and/or similar.
  • Highly motivated person willing to work hard to achieve your goals.
  • Prioritize hard to invest your time wisely.
  • Detail-oriented, structured in your approach to work and apply a rational mindset.
  • Strong understanding of the startup mentality.
  • Always put the customer first.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and self-motivation are essential.
  • Fluent in Arabic, written and oral.
  • Fluent in English, written and oral.
  • A university degree with proven academic excellence
