Job Description

An ideal IT Helpdesk is responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
  • Responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions.
  • Handling incidents and service desk tickets 
  • Keeping the inventory of the IT hardware up to date

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of CCNA, MCSE, Operating systems, antivirus, emails, windows server, Surveillance system
  • The ability to relocate temporarily to Alexandria based on business needs.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Very good English (reading, writing, listening)
