Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Responsible for planning, composing and managing day-to-day social media communications.
- Use social media analytics to track engagement and identify emerging industry trends to develop (Ultimate Academy) overall social media presence.
- Edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Collaborates with other departments within Ultimate Academy to leverage and monitor compelling social media content.
- Research new social marketing platforms and adopt new ones based on business needs.
- Stay on top of current social media trends ,insights from content and post practice.
Job Requirements
- BS in communications, marketing, business, new media, or public relations.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing for +5 years.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Proficiency in creating and using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snap, twitter, LinkedIn).
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Excellent English in writing and reading.
- Social media geek, follow-up all the up-to-date trends.
