Job Description
- Support Helpdesk activities to departments such as windows download/software and internet cables maintenance/Internet switch maintenance.
- Support System Administrator's activities, follow up the operation of windows server/private server/Document control server/sharing folders and give authority for folders usage.
- Support Network Administrator activities, follow up the operation of network /configuration of internet router and switches, Check daily network connection stability lines/speed/WIFI/ and monitor internet usage.
- Support Security Administrator as a check and follow firewall system to inspect virus and protect company system from hacking/check website blockage.
- Check daily company equipment /cameras system/fingerprint machines for maintenance and update, check printers to maintain toners /printer network.
- Make monthly reports for employee internet usage/website visits/ update SAP vendor list of information.
- Create new employee accounts/computer installation, and solves administrative employee problems as required.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Major or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience - in manufacturing-based organizations.
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
- Multitasked person.
- Problem solver.
- Good Level of English.
- Microsoft certified system engineer (MCSE) is a plus.
- Certified Microsoft for Windows server 2008/2012 is a plus.
