Job Description
- Ability to manage multiple teams, multiple disciplines, and consultancy firms.
- Ability to define, review and coordinate project scopes.
- Reviews and coordinates project design contracts for consultancy services.
- Reviews and approves the design documents produced by the team of consultants assigned to the project.
- Reviews and approves the alternative design solutions and value engineering proposals to support the tender department manager during the project tendering and value engineering phase.
- Ensures adherence to department policies and procedures through continuous review with the technical team.
- Maintenance of electric networks, ensuring the performance is in accordance with the target, and the development of appropriate solutions to avoid them.
- Coordinate with section heads, engineers, and local or international consultants to set effective work procedures, work priorities, and suitable resources allocation.
- Coordinates all the technical matters between the technical office, procurement, and subcontractors to solve any potential problems in conjunction with the project manager.
- Attends progress meetings, discusses, and suggests technical proposals.
- Supports planning and cost control department in monitoring projects' monthly progress.
- Supports contract administrators in setting any technical scopes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in working with construction companies.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in large scale projects
