Job Description
- Review customer’s contract and ensure implementation.
- Review products’ visibility, planogram, shelf share, and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
- Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
- Activate new customers and schedule them in salesmen routes.
- Manage execution of accounts agreements/contracts and perform visual audits of accounts, correct compliance issues, identify new sales opportunities and where directed, calling on and close new accounts
- Brand presentations and sell-in of new collections
- Support leadership in building sustainable, high per forming sales teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, sales, marketing, or related field
- from 5 to 7 Years of experience in sales / client facing role
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
