Job Description

  • Review customer’s contract and ensure implementation.
  • Review products’ visibility, planogram, shelf share, and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
  • Activate new customers and schedule them in salesmen routes.
  • Manage execution of accounts agreements/contracts and perform visual audits of accounts, correct compliance issues, identify new sales opportunities and where directed, calling on and close new accounts
  • Brand presentations and sell-in of new collections
  • Support leadership in building sustainable, high per forming sales teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, sales, marketing, or related field
  • from 5 to 7 Years of experience in sales / client facing role
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
