Job Description
- Attending and taking minutes of the improvement projects meetings with the COO
- Distributing the minutes and following up with each participants’ task
- Attending all meetings with the COO on campus and external alameda group meetings
- Analysis of operation statistics “ conversion, OPD indicator, ER conversion and indicators
- Preparing the presentation upon the progress and completion of new projects
- Regular rounds in the hospital buildings, and recording maintenance, housekeeping or attitude violations.
- Collaborate I handling and helping in DAFH special event
- Any arises matter
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a must
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
