Job Description

  • Scheduling & coordinating meetings with internal/external visitors/customers to provide information and/or response.
  • Submitting "Minutes of Meeting" for top management.
  • Organizing files of all technical/non technical reports which contain daily requirements, technical problems and technical solution reports.
  • Handling incoming & outgoing correspondences of GM.
  • Creating and arranging presentations for GM.
  • Other assigned tasks by GM.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • Min 2 years experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant.
  • Presentable.
  • Very Good English reading, writing, and speaking.
