Job Description
- Scheduling & coordinating meetings with internal/external visitors/customers to provide information and/or response.
- Submitting "Minutes of Meeting" for top management.
- Organizing files of all technical/non technical reports which contain daily requirements, technical problems and technical solution reports.
- Handling incoming & outgoing correspondences of GM.
- Creating and arranging presentations for GM.
- Other assigned tasks by GM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree required.
- Min 2 years experience as an Office manager or Administrative assistant.
- Presentable.
- Very Good English reading, writing, and speaking.
