Job Description

  • Responded to emails and other correspondence to facilitate
  • Provide complete meeting support, including materials preparation and notes or minute taking & follow up Required tasks of different departments
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports.
  • Preparing schedules of appointments, works, plans and daily and weekly follow-ups
  • Performing general secretarial duties such as letter wiring (English and Arabic), Filing documentation, data entry
  • Covering different types of meetings.
