Job Description
- Arrange booking with the shipping line for such a shipment.
- Proceeding in the original SD+FD+CI+PL B\L Issuance telex release according to customer request (ALL SHIPPING DOCUMENTATIONS.)
- Coordination of the pickup and delivery of cargo
- Follow up with tracker trucking process.
- Following up with shippers directly to keep them updated with their shipment.
- Arranging the stuffing dates with the shipper.
- Follow up with accounting department in shipping lines to get invoices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Being open to learning
- MS Office (Excel is a Must)
- Very Good English (Reading-Writing)
