Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified accounts manager ( constructions field ) to lead our accounting team and he must do the following :-
- manage the electronic invoice portal system daily , the monthly value-added tax , the quarterly Withholding Tax (WHT) tax account , and other taxes ( very important and experience in this section is must )
- Managing subcontractors contracts in accordance with tax laws .
- Prepare of financial statements & financial analysis reports & cost analysis .
- Coordinate between the different sites of the company and determine the profitability of each site according to cost centers .
- Follow up financial position of the company and follow up bank balances , payment terms for suppliers and the optimal management of cash flows .
- Approve the daily expenses of the different sites and follow up the banking department in receiving and collecting the checks on time .
- Review the documentary cycle and ensure the effectiveness of the internal control system and the commitment of all departments to work procedures and internal adopted regulations .
- Make sure to save company documents and financial operations as well as backup copies of accounting databases for reference when needed .
Job Requirements
- you must be aware of ERP accounting programs specially “ odoo " ( very important )
- 13 years experience at least in the constructions field and taxes as an account manager “ is must ” .
- Aware of all accounting sections ( internal audit , expenses accounts , bank reconciliations , cost accounts , Suppliers accounts , tax accounts , stock accounts ) .
