Job Description
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum productivity and minimum losses.
- Issuance of daily and monthly planning KPI’s reports.
- Balancing the available resources with Sales requirements and forecast.
Job Requirements
0-2 years of Experience in Planning / Supply Chain/ Logistics in factories/Plants.
- BSc Degree of Engineering major Production / Industrial Engineering /Logistics ( Alex University / AAST / EJUST Graduates).
- Alexandria Residency is a MUST.
- Excellent English commands spoken & written.
- Excellent proficiency of Microsoft Office is a MUST.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and proactivity skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually to achieve targets.
- Ability to work under stress
