Job Description

Job Purpose

Handling all the recruitment activities internally in Egypt and overseas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying recruiting requirements with the HR manager and other departments.
  • Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Creates ads to open vacancies on company pages, social media, and all recruitment channels.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
  • Getting sources potential candidates from different recruitment channels.
  • Attracting the applicants qualified and filtering the candidates recruiting to job requirements.
  • Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • Conduct proper testing according to requirements. (Computer, Technical, English, IQ, and Personality).
  • Conduct reference and background checks on applicants if needed.
  • Network with potential hires through professional connections.
  • arrange the schedules for interview meetings and organize them with the management.
  • Maintain records of applicants not selected for employment.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in  Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in recruitment.
  • Must have an experience in overseas recruitment.
  • Experience in dealing with foreign recruitment officesز
  • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
  • Must have experience in Odoo System.
  • Previous background and experience in ERP systems.
  • Must have a previous experience in the contracting field.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Team player.
