Job Description
- Experience in sales of pumps, pumping systems.
- Organizing and doing customer visits
- Contacting with existing / potential clients
- Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
- Providing pre-sales and after-sales support
- Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
- Attending exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring that sales targets are met
- Follow up customers, offers, production of order received, and product delivery
- Explain benefits of products to potential clients.
- Demonstrate how products exceed those of competitors.
- Market and sell the product.
- Answer customers' technical questions and provide advice.
- Achieve target sales volume and turnover
- Finding out new areas ,new customers it in order to increase the market coverage.
- Implement plans for more coverage and achieve cost-effective sales coverage of his territory.
- Quotation/tender follow-up
- Report on all relevant competitive/market activities
- Full knowledge of pumps and it's applications
- Providing his manager with all required reports.
- 100% achievement of the assigned sales target
- Achieve customer visits according to planned KPI's
- Responding to customer inquiries & requests promptly, professionally and effectively
- Managing and prioritizing workload as required, applying a measured approach according to urgency/importance
- Make the Marketing Plans
- Follow up & monitor the Marketing Plans Execution.
- Make the Market Surveys for the Products that could the Company produce.
- Capture the Requirements from the Customers and the Market.
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- B.Sc. in (Mechanical/Electrical )power
- 3:7 years of experience in sales
- Own a car is preferred
- Challenging personality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective relationship with potential clients.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, reporting, and networking skills
