Job Description

  • Adjusting Training strategies to respond to changing Business needs and changing market scenario
  • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee management
  • Develop and Implement programs to develop the Next Generation of Leaders
  • Execute the Mentoring and Coaching program
  • Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts.
  • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or HR diploma is a must.
  • 12 years of experience in various HR functions.
  • Exposure to leading OD initiatives & tools
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • A team builder with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive & has the ability and interest to identify and work with multicultural team
  • Ability to work in Matrix Organization
  • Conflict Management
  • Advanced Excel & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
  • Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
  • Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
