Job Description
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Schedule technical and HR interviews for the selected candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills , abilities, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as technical recruiter.
- Excellent sourcing skills.
- Interviewing experience is a must.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and team player.
- Flexible and adaptable for change.
- Eager to learn.
- Continuous sense of self-development.
- HRIS experience is a plus.
