Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated account manager to join our team and help us grow our business. As an account manager, you will be responsible for selling our customized English language courses to prospective students and managing the complete student journey, from initial contact through to ongoing support and feedback. You will also work closely with other departments, including the academic department, IT, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and effective student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our customized English language courses to prospective students
    -Manage the complete student journey, including scheduling and conducting trial sessions, assigning teachers, and providing ongoing support
     
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and ensure high levels of student satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the academic department to ensure that each student receives a customized curriculum that meets their needs and goals
  • Work with IT to ensure that our online platform and tools are meeting the needs of our students and teachers
     
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress
  • Identify areas for improvement in our sales and student management processes and work with the team to implement solutions
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
     
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the education or language learning industry
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
     
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
     
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
     
  • Preferably have an Arab Gulf accent or have lived in one of the Arab Gulf countries before
     
  • Preferably have experience in sales for the Arab Gulf market
     
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
     
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leads/students online through calls or chats
     
  • Please note that our leads/students are not physically met, as this is an online service. You will be responsible for contacting them through calls or chats to manage their entire student journey.
