3D Harness Designer

Your responsibilities;

- Design the 3D harness layout respecting the design rules,

- Checking CDCI (rules for implementation) for the right implementation harness design,

- Dynamic loops sizing (tailgate, doors, body to the engine, gearbox…)

- Applying the EEHD 3D standards (Technical Specifications and conception guides),

- Applying the knowledge of LEV implementation rules.

- Realize the PDI/CX for each harness interface                   

- Design the formboards, FETE (ECR - Engineering Change Request), and share to 3D Development Leader,

- Perform DFH calculations based on 2D data (diameter),

- Fill in the CLU (Unique check List) and requirement matrix,

- Contribute to the ST (Technical Specifications) creation,

- Fill out the neutralization document,

- Create assembly drawings,

- Participate in CCA 

- Performing ECOTECH propositions and study,

- Draft the FEB (Requirement file) for the new parts or new components necessary for the assembly of the harness,"                                                

- Review supplier's drawings

- Contributes to the 3D harness officialization,

- Respect MNU deadlines (mock-up delivery on time)

- Officialize the parts necessary on the assembly line for the harness assembly."                                 

- Participation in meetings for decisions, HH, department…

- Write and share the "lessons learned" (retex)"
